Back in HS, I never thought I'd care one whit for things like HS reunions, but every time I come back it's one of the most fun things ever - so good to re-connect with all the valuable friends I made at WJ - and this web site provides a tremendous opportunity to keep up with so many important WJ friends.%

Our WJ Mile Relay track team broke the state record by four seconds in 1970. When I recorded the fastest time in the U.S. for the 180 low hurdles (18.7) my senior year, unfortunately, it was for my HS in New Orleans, where we moved after my junior year at WJ.
